| 1 | Virtual Fleet Marine Force Ribbon |
(1) Qualification for the VVNAVY Fleet Marine Force Ribbon signifies acquisition of specific professional skills, knowledge and military experience that result in qualifications above those normally required of Virtual VNAVY Sailors.
(2) Serve with a FMF unit for a minimum of twelve weeks of accumulated time. At the end of each month, Commanding officers of FMF will provide to the VVNAVY Board of Awards the names of Virtual VNAVY Sailors who have served with their units and number of weeks of service during that calendar month.
(3) A Sailor will be considered to have served with a FMF unit if he/she participated in training or missions for no less then three hours during a calendar week.
(4) Be recommended for the award by the Commanding Officer(s) of FMF units with which he/she has served, and his own Commanding Officer. The recommendation of his own Commanding Officer shall include a statement that the service with the FMF unit(s) did or did not impact on the Sailors time spent with his own unit.
(5) There are no subsequent awards and no citation or certificate will be issued.

| 2 | VNAVY Occupational Service Medal |
(1) Participated in a minimum of ten successful military operations as part of a VVNAVY wide, CNO approved scenario driven campaign.
(2) SUBSEQUENT AWARDS. No more than one medal shall be awarded to any one Service member. Second and subsequent awards will be denoted by 3/16-inch bronze service stars. A 3/16-inch silver star will be worn lieu of 5 bronze stars.

| 9 | Virtual Antarctic Service Medal |
(1) Any member of the Armed Forces of the VNAVY who participates in flights as a member of the crew of an aircraft flying to or from the Antarctic Continent in support of operations.
(2) Any member of the VNAVY operating south of latitude 60 degrees South in support of VNAVY Programs in
Antarctica.

| 10 | Virtual Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal |
CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS.
(1) The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal may be authorized for three categories of operations: VNAVY military operations; VNAVY military operations in direct support of the United Nations.
